One of our most popular designs is our Cape Cod with 1720 square feet of heated living space. The design of this totally energy efficient home gives the feel of a much larger home   without sacrificing traditional good looks. Proper use of insulation with attention to heat loss points is partially responsible for the building's exceptional thermal properties.
